Refund & Return Policy: Garage Grade UK 

Garage Grade UK's priority is customer satisfaction.

If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to make the process simple and fair.

Please read the full policy below for all return and refund terms.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unplugged, and in original condition

  • All packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included

  • Your order number must be clearly marked inside the parcel


Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-order items

  • Used or plugged-in diagnostic devices

  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging


Common Return Scenarios

Late Delivery (Over 21 Working Days)

You may receive a £8 compensation refund.

Defective or Malfunctioning Unit

We will send a free replacement device.

Wrong Product Ordered (e.g., quantity or model)

Returns/exchanges accepted.
Customer covers the return shipping.

Changed Your Mind

Accepted within 30 days.
Return shipping is your responsibility.

Wrong or Missing Item Received

We will replace or supply the missing item free of charge.

Damaged in Transit

We’ll send a free replacement, no questions asked.

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Garage Grade UK is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
We will assist with tracking where possible.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us

Email garagegradeuk@outlook.com

 within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and your reason for return.

2. Approval & Return Address

If approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

3. Package Your Item

Repack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories.

4. Ship & Provide Tracking

Return the item using any tracked postal service and send us the tracking number.

5. Refund Processing

After inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 working days.


Refund Deductions Based on Product Condition

  • Full refunds apply only to unused, undamaged items

  • Returns showing wear, missing packaging, or damage may receive a partial refund


Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

If your device arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product + packaging

  2. Email them to garagegradeuk@outlook.com within 5 days

  3. We will send a free replacement

If the replacement also has issues, a full refund will be issued.


Lifetime Warranty

Every Garage Grade device includes a one-time replacement warranty for any manufacturing defects.

  • 1 warranty = 1 product

  • Multiple products require individual warranties


Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation

  • After 24 hours: A 20% admin/restocking fee applies (based on product price)


Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds or store credit at our discretion.
Once accepted, no further claims for that order/item will be eligible.

Please consider carefully before accepting a partial offer.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to email us before raising a chargeback with their bank.
False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
